Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability — ask the front desk.
Payment
A 30% advance confirms your booking; the balance is paid at the hotel. Pay by the transfer details shown on your booking page; the hotel confirms your booking once the money arrives. Unpaid online bookings are released when their payment hold ends.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the advance. No-shows are charged the first night.
Extra persons
Guests over a room's sleeping capacity are charged ฿600 each per night, up to 2 extra per room depending on the room type.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included for adults. Children's breakfast depends on their age — see the child policy. It is added to your booking by default; you can leave it out when you book.
House rules
Passport or Thai ID card for every adult at check-in. No smoking inside the rooms — there is a smoking corner in the garden. Quiet hours 10 PM – 7 AM. No durian inside the rooms.
Weekend & holiday rates
Friday and Saturday nights and public holidays have their own rates. The booking page shows the exact price for every night.
Children
Baby cots are free on request. Children must stay with an adult.

A booking is confirmed once the advance is received. The balance is paid at check-in. Prices are per room per night and include VAT and service charge.

Early check-in from 11 AM is free when the room is ready; otherwise enjoy the pool while we keep your luggage.
